The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) mark is a new UK product mark used for products placed on the market in the United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most of the products that previously required CE marking and is called "new approach" goods.
The UKCA mark became effective on January 1, 2021. However, in order to allow companies time to adapt to the new requirements, in most cases, you can still use the CE mark before January 1, 2023.
The CE marking is only valid in Great Britain for areas where GB and EU rules remain the same. If the EU changes its rules and you CE mark your product on the basis of those new rules you will not be able to use the CE marking to sell in Great Britain, even before 31 December 2022.
The UKCA marking alone cannot be used for goods placed on the Northern Ireland market. Please refers to the link as below: placing goods on the Northern Ireland market.

The UKCA mark applies to most products that were previously subject to the CE mark. It is also suitable for aerosol products that previously required "reverse epsilon" marking.
The technical requirements (" essential requirements") that you must meet-and the conformity assessment processes and standards that can be used to demonstrate compliance-are basically the same as the CE marking.
You can use the self-declaration of conformity for the UKCA mark in the same way as the CE mark. If you can self-declare compliance with the CE mark, you will be able to do the same with the UKCA mark.
