Vietnam's Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has issued Circular No. 04/2023 in which the new QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT (National technical regulation on Land Mobile User Equipment-Radio Access) will replace QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT (for RF standard for 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE devices).
